Thank God for Dallas!! He did professional job, we are so relieved. He took his time to make sure everything was good before he left. We really appreciate having a dependable service like St. Augustine Electric Motor Works, when there is water leaking and all the towels are wet from soaping it up, it is important to know real help is coming.

Dallas the service technician was amazing! Extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer my questions and he explained what was the issue. This organization went way above my expectations with communication and service response. The world need more folks like Dallas!!

They have been absolute awesome. It was more electrical work. I brought the pump into them and they took it in right away and went to work on it. They did it right away. They were very nice and explained everything. I would use them again.

He was here and gone within 30 minutes and saved me a bundle over buying a new pump. He even gave me a lesson on maintenance which the previous pump guy never did.

They were very good. Their work saved me having to buy a new pump. They were considerably cheaper than having a new pump put in. It was probably half the price. I took it down there, and it saved me money to deliver it myself to them. They told me that right upfront. It helped even find that out because I wouldn’t have thought to ask. My husband put it back on after I brought it back. It didn’t come out right, so they took several calls for me on the phone and talked me through things. They were really helpful about talking me through what to check and look for to get it working right.
