pool cleaners
+ -1 moreTo date, 10/3/07, we have received none of the services or product that we have paid for. On 9/18 when the work was to start and when Cliff was paid, it started to rain. Cliff advised he would return the next day to complete the cleaning and repair and that the cover would take up to one week. He never showed and after many calls from us over 2 weeks and multiple excuses and promises to always come the next day he has never performed any of the work or provided the cover. He now won't answer his phone.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on the repair of our Spa. Cliff Hughes with Spa-Call showed up at our house within an hour and provided a written contract on the cleaning and repair of our Spa, as well as a price for a new cover. We were advised that the cleaning would start right then, so I paid in full (not smart).
