Excellently, we discussed counter tops with a relative in the business in Little Rock, AR. He contacted suppliers for a referral in Jacksonville. Set in Stone was suggested. They were flexible to make the initial appointment. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, the shop is well maintained. Our impression was they are craftsmen. It has not changed through the job. the first visit to the stone yard was confusing and pricing was unclear. A conversation with office manager/sales, Richelle, had the situation corrected within 24 hours. Our second visit to the stone yard we were able to find a beautiful piece of stone well within our budget. The stone was prepared and installed with in 2 weeks. This timeliness was particularly important to us because of a major unexpected health issue in the family. The installation was done in a half day. The crew was polite, careful moving the large slabs and left the kitchen as clean as could be expected. We are delighted with how beautiful the counters are. To top it off we got a lovely personalized thank you note from Paul telling us how much they appreciated our business! Needless to say it was a wonderful experience and I feel like we've made friends.
