PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION OF Saint Augustine

We are writing in support of John Buening and the Paul Davis Construction Company of St. Augustine. Our home suffered a great deal of damage due to Hurricane Irma in October of 2017. Our then insurance company recommended that we hire construction company, which we regretted for the next 2 ½ years. They were slow, did shoddy and sloppy work, all the while overcharging the insurance company. We finally fired them and hired Mr. Buening company. What a difference! Mr. Buening and his team were nothing but professional from day one. Mr. Buening worked tirelessly with the town’s permitting department to make sure that all paperwork was completed and that all repairs were done according to code. The team came in and repaired the poor work done by the previous workers and completed any outstanding work that needed to be done. Not only was their work impeccable and beautiful, but they worked neatly and took care of our home and our possessions as if they were their own. After completing extensive work both in and outside our master bedroom, they had the area professionally cleaned and even offered to send the cleaning team to straighten other parts of the house. It is with a great deal of enthusiasm that we recommend Mr. John Buening and is company, Paul Davis .

Structural repairs completed.Sheet rock 98% complete, painting in process.Load bearing wall compromised requiring structural engineer drawing to accomplish repairs. Subcontractor selection was outstanding. As we were unable to be there during the day plus the fact there was no entry door they were reliable enough to have access through my garage door key pad. All repairs completed in just over three months. Very satisfied.
