Company is very professional. I called in the morning, and they showed a couple hours later to make a repair outside on my underground plumbing line. They did a great job, and the payment process was quick and easy.

I have never used them before but I couldn't get a hold of my regular plumber. I called for service at 2:30 PM, by 4:38 my disposal was fixed, the bill was paid and he and his apprentice were out the door. Wonderful!!!

perfect........called a plumber I have used for years......they were unable to come for 24 hours.......called Pack's and they were there, on time, by 1 pm that afternoon.........courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable......might have found a new plumber!!!!

Where quick to come out and determine the problems.  One faucet required a part that they had to order.  Final repair was delayed over a week due to supplier sending the wrong part.
Repairmen was professional, courteous and friendly.

I had a hot water leak under the foundation of my house and called Packs Plumbing in St Augustine, Florida. They responded quickly and Josh called me at about 9 am and said he will be here shortly. I showed Josh the leak in my bedroom and he said I had a pipe that needed to be repaired under the foundation of my house. He walked all around the master bedroom and master bath to try to locate the leak visually, which was impossible. Before Josh came that morning my friend and I used the wet/dry vacume and was able to get it dry enough so we can try to roll it up, with Josh's help we were able to get it onto the back porch. Josh got his leak detection equipment out of his truck and walked around the master bedroom and bath and still was unable to locate the leak. He than cut a hole through the master bedroom closet to get behind the tub to see if there was a leak under the tub,We were going on 2 hours when finally he called Jay ,(the owner) and while we were waiting for him to arrive, which took about 45 minutes, he repiped a section on top of my hot water heater that was leaking and replaced the valve with pvc. He kept the copper he removed. When Jay arrived, Josh was calling him Dad, they tried the leak detection equipment and thought he pinpointed the area in the master bathroom.







There was a lot of talking behind the plumbing truck and I was waiting helplessly to figure out what was going on. Finally I was told that they were going to use air pressure to see if they can locate the leak, They did that and this time they were both agreeing that it was in the master bathroom. The boss than said that I should get the whole house repiped because if he fixes that one leak another one will pop up eventually. This is happening all over and that he will give me time to think about that and that he had another job to go to. He wrote up an invoice and I complained about the price of his service $592.00 4 hours and nothing was done. He said he would make it up to me when I repipe. He never did because I went with another Plumber that was more reasonable.







He never closed the circuit breaker to the hot water heater which was a surprise to a plumber I was getting quotes from for repiping. I was only able to use the cold water but I was wasting electricity with the hot water heater on.

I used them based on your reviews. I was very happy. One of the guys that came out was owner's son in law but he was just phenomenal. They answered every question that I had and made me feel very comfortable. They built immediate rapport with me even before they walked at my door. I was having a crazy day when they showed up and they were great. They actually calmed me down. They were just wonderful. They were overly priced and I thought it was fair pricing.

They replaced the fill valve in my toilet and replaced the valve at the wall which had broken. They were very nice and professional and I will definitely use them again.

It went just fine. The plumber did the job in a little less than an hour and was very courteous and professional. It was late in the day, and he was in a hurry to get home, but took the time to look at and quote a few other problems. Will use them again.

Excellent, on time, professional, cleaned area before leaving. I have also had Packs install a toilet as well as a water heater since Nov. of 2012. The water heater was an emergency, they were there that day, completed the job professionally and charged the quoted price. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I called and explained that it was not an emergency. The lady on the phone was so nice and said they would call back later in the week to schedule service. PERFECT... the guys called and said they had finished a job in the area and if it was convenient could they come to see my job? It was convenient and they arrived in about 1/2 hour as stated. The first problem was the whole house shut off... broken and 1/2 buried.... They suggested raising the shut off and replacing it with an easy shut off valve... I am so happy with the work they did. I am confident that if there is an emergency within minutes I can shut off the water to the whole house. Our house has some quirks in plumbing... odd size feed lines and wall hung toilets... but they worked through the problems quickly and took good notes and photos so when they come back to attach the new fixtures and rebuild the interior of the toilet when we are finished with our remodel... they will come ready. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend. They were helpful and really listened to some special needs we had to make things easier for us. The price was well within what was expected. I am also confident that if there is an emergency they would do their best to assist in as little time as possible.
