*NO PACKING PEANUTS PLEASE*

Left a voicemail 5 days ago for a quote to install an A/C condenser and accumulator on my 2001 Crown Victoria. I never received a call back.

Pros: 1) Answers telephone calls; 2) Was willing to install a customer furnished operator; 3) Set-up an installation appointment for the next day; 4) Technician and owner were very polite; and 5) When installation problems were discovered the owner came out next day to fix the installation errors and omissions. Cons: The installation technician did not follow the installation instructions correctly. As a result he: a) installed the drive belt upside down---the safety stop did not work properly, up controls caused the door to close, and down controls caused the door to open. b) did not notice that the manufacturer had supplied the wrong wall station. c) did not lube the sprocket holder. d) did not install the supplied drive belt clamp. e) did not install the trolley manual release cord. The installer could not setup the WiFi Smart Control APP because the manufacturer had supplied the wrong wall station. He strongly recommended against using the APP because it can be difficult to get working properly. After I installed the replacement wall station and easily setup the Wi-Fi Smart Control APP I received an error message indicating that the installer had not properly installed the operator backup battery.
