+ -1 moreterrazzo floor ends and previously there was some really old and ugly peel and stick lino tiles. existing toilets old, chipped, out dated appearance.removed, replaced with new ceramic tile and updated toilets and repair adjacent walls

+ 3 moreMatt has worked on several large projects for us over the years with us. He takes pride in all of the work he completes and enjoys doing so. He is dependable and trustworthy. We once had him replace sliding glass doors with a window, only to HATE the lack of view. Matt gladly put the sliding glass doors back in, AND was available when we called for another project.
Description of Work: Matt gutted and remodeled a 5 x 8.5 bathroom with us, complete with tiling the floor and walls and building linen cabinet shelves and doors.
