This is a mismanaged company where too many people answer your phone calls and requests. I had requested 3 hours of work for my home which the company charged 97 dollars on my credit card for 18 months that I authorized them to. I requested a half hour more time to do my newly remodeled downstairs for a couple of weeks, but then I said to just put me back to my usual rate as I will clean that myself. Somehow, the company, who has control of my credit card, starts taking away a half hour and bringing me down to $82.50 for 2 and a half hours of work when I still need three hours to have my home adequately cleaned as I always had done. I tried to get the girls to understand that I had always signed up for 3 hours of cleaning time but every worker in this company I had barely spoke any English, only Spanish, and , as a result, they did not do a good job because they did not know how to utilize their skills matching to particular situations and needs of the client. This company was not as much concerned with its customers needs as it was with siding with their employees who did not want to work the established 3 hours of work we had contracted for on their last cleaning job on a Friday afternoon.

"This is not true. Ms. Andrea C. called and requested only 2.5 labor hours of work for $82.50. She agreed that we would only do part of the house (this was confirmed in writing to her) but when the team arrived, she would force them to do the entire house. We addressed this with her a few times, and she was nice to the office but belligerent and demeaning to the crew. If the crew did not do as she said she would send bad reviews/comments to the office about them. After this happening 4 times we told he were choosing not to service her home anymore. At this time, she started using profanity, telling us she would put bad reviews wherever she could, etc... All the calls into the office are recorded. I am sorry that she felt there was a miscommunication about timing and cost and would hope that she knows we appreciated her business during the time of service with her."

This was a move-in cleaning for a newly purchased home, which was very neglected. The ladies did a fantastic job! They were professional, efficient and friendly. Setting up the appointment was fast and they proved to be quite flexible, as this was a gift from our realtor, and we needed to make special arrangements for payment. I will be using them again!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Really nice guy, he was not prepared for the job, he was late and did an unsatisfactory job. My wife was very upset with his attitude and quality of work. I ended up doing the rest myself. He changed the work order right in the middle of the job. I wanted everything removed and cleaned. That did not happen. He was awful.

"Mr. B, we apologize for the misunderstanding. This was a power wash job for your back patio. Everything in your back patio was removed, we then proceeded to protect all your electrical areas (tv, camera, ceiling fans) and then we power washed your ceiling, walls and floors. As you know, there was a lot of stuck on mold, grit with mixed with dog hair, etc... After power washing the walls, ceiling & floors you asked for us to power wash your grills and furniture. Normally this is not part of a power wash job but we agreed and this that as well. Then we were asked to clean some of the decorative items (cups, etc...) on top of the tables, etc.. Again, this is not part of a power wash job but we did it anyhow. After your wife asked us to use mop & glo for the floors, polish other items, etc... This was way beyond a simple power wash job of your back patio. We did not bring any polishing supplies with us and we advised of this so. You hired us do to a power washing job, this was explained and yet we were demanded to go way beyond that scope."

Our first time trying this service was today 7/18/2018 and we started with a deep clean with weekly services. Everything was well cleaned! They paid attention to details and did an amazing job! They sent none English speaking workers to my home. That was unexpected. They did not tell me this in advance. It was ok the first time. But , the second time, they sent different non English speaking workers who had no idea what to do and I could not tell them . So, had tote them go
