LEATHER BY DESIGN ENT INC

We bought our Palliser Zero Gravity Recliner at Leather by Design in St. Augustine about six months ago. Not only is it wonderful for relaxing, it got us through the pain and difficulty sleeping while recovering from an SI joint fusion. The chair operates with just the press on a button – no swinging the body and pulling on a lever to get the footrest to rise or fall. We have a dear friend who recently had a quadruple heart bypass. Of course, we offered her the chair during her recovery. The only problem is that dis-assembling the chair to move it is a bit of a challenge. When we called the store for guidance, owner Jeff Cohen very kindly offered to give us a hand. He sent two of his fine technicians out to our home, at our convenience, to move the chair to our friend’s home – at absolutely no charge. They were efficient, courteous, and kind. And they will be returning to move the chair back to our home when our friend is recovered. This is the kind of customer care offered by Leather by Design.
