Painted several rooms including ceilings for the lowest price of any vendor who we researched, but showed up on schedule, completed on schedule and stuck to estimate. i will definitely use this vendor again. Vendor location is St Augustine, but painting location was in Jacksonville...Distance was not an issue

Overall, the experience was superior.  Joe was always on time, set specific hours of work and didn't deviate from them.  He took the time to discuss the job in detail, following up to be sure the next stage was in fact my highest priority.  The work was done quickly, extremely well and finished on time.

I hired him based on my conversation with him and the estimate for service which was awesome. He painted those two rooms just like the true painting professional he claimed to be. The work is beautiful and he even edged out the trim without  taping and there is not a crooked line anywhere. That was after he moved all of my furniture and threw a tarp over everything. He also completed the work in two quick days for a total of about 8 hours. He even did one of the ceilings and all of the baseboards and window trim. He was incredible. He was also a nice guy!! He was very easy to deal with and was happy to have the work. When he was done painting I told him I needed to get my yard done and was looking for someone to do that. I asked if he knew of anyone because I didn't have a riding mower and because of the size of the yard it would require one. The grass was really high, he looked at it and said he'd do it for $40. I couldn't believe it. He also said he didn't have a rider but didn't mind using his push mower and that's how he cut it. This was not a small job.  I have 4 acres!! He is a great guy and was happy to have the work. I hope others see this and give him a chance. He is definitely worth the phone call. I lucked out when I took a chance on him from Craig's List and was happy to join Angie' List to share info about him as well.
