Title Companies
Closing on the purchase of my house went fine.... The closing on the selling of my house became a mess. This company changed things last min. and did not let me know what was going on.. I had a separate agreement between the buyer and myself and this title company messed up and it has cost me additional money. I have been trying to communicate with this title company and I never get a response. Beware... Many years ago I dealt with this company when it was Collins Title.. The same family owns this one.. and that closing went really bad too...
