Overall it went very well. Margi Petitt showed me a ton a real estate. At first we wanted to stay in Atlantic Beach so looked there. After a lot of searching, realizing we were not able to get what we wanted for our money in AB, we decided to look in Jacksonville Golf and Country Club. She knew that market well too! I really needed Margi to show me a lot of properties to help me make a decision, she made me feel great about this process by telling me how much she loved her job as a realtor, loved to look at properties and loved to help her customers. Truly a realtor who cares about her customer, for Margi it's not all about commission.

I was the liaison between my best friend and her husband in NYC and realator Margi Petitt from Keller Williams here in Jacksonville. Wih Margi's help, I found the short sale house for them to purchase and helped them throughout the process. The deal did not go through because the bank pulled a "fast one!" But beyond that Margi was wonderful. Besides her being a true professional, she knew a lot about the short sale process (many realtors do not) and REALLY cared about what was best for my friends. They loved her too!
