The job was never really completed. He kept jumping from one thing to another. The base boards were never installed. We agreed that I would pay him a portion of the money when the tile was done, which I did. I paid him more money once I let him go, even though the work was never completed. There are raised tiles all over the room, and they are not level. The workman was very messy and used many of my belongings like garbage cans, mops and brooms without my permission, which I had to replace.
