Description of Work: I was having no luck getting my smart TV to get Wi-Fi and also a new Sonos speaker wasn't working even after receiving technical help from the company. Nick, from Home Media Pros had everything going in about 15 minutes! I got their name from Radio Shack and am so thankful!!
