Patrick Parke assisted many of my customers in securing excellent rates for home loans. Most exceptionally, he was very knowledgeable and explained the process not only to my customers, but to me. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep. He didn't quote rates that disappeared at closing. If the rate was changing, he advised my customers and me. He even helped my customers when events happened that were entirely outside his control. Most large mortgage companies/banks live on marketing their brand. Patrick shines in providing great service and information. Even though I have retired, my customers still use and recommend Patrick.

In keeping up with technology, we have updated our system to speed up the loan application process. We now email loan documents to the borrower for them to E-sign from their computer, tablet or phone. This allows us to process application immediately after loan submission from the borrower. With this technology we feel we can close loans in less than 21 days. Think of us as "Creative Lending Solutions".
