Today was my second attempt to have a dishwasher installed. During the first try, I was advised that the hose was not long enough and that the model in question was not compatible with the available "universal" replacement hoses. Fair enough, my fault for buying it online.
Today's attempt failed because they didn't like the way the unit was wired and now I must call an electrician. My issue here is not that they wouldn't re-wire something but that this was not identified during the first attempt. I elected to have them leave the dishwasher so that the electrician can install it and so I don't have to deal with them again.
The company performing the install is called Spirit and I will leave the review for them as well. I leave it for Home Depot because that is who I paid and they need to know about the rotten service they are selling.

Home Depot has an exclusive contract for water heater installation with Delta Mechanical - whose offices are in Tampa, Fl. Delta Mechanical provided misleading and inaccurate quotes.
If you look at water heaters in their store, you are provided with one price plus an installation fee. Do not be surprised when the quote from Delta Mechanical is $300.00 more (if you call for a quote in the morning) and $400.00 more (if you get a different operator in the afternoon.)
Since Delta Mechanical is the sole provider for Home Depot, then Home Depot should know that they lost a sale today.
The amount that you lost is debatable . . . but good luck trying to get that amount pinned down by Delta. And if you're looking for good customer service, don't go to Home Depot/Delta Mechanical.
