.In a nutshell, working with this contractor was a complete disaster!
Most distressing was that Tsitos and Hilti ultimately connived full payment from us and LEFT the Washington, DC area for Florida with the job UNFINISHED after more than 6 months of dragging out the work.
To add insult to injury, the workmanship on the job required the new roof to be replaced as it was installed improperly and leaked and the electrical wiring had to be redone as well.
We also were left to pay for the custom railings and the repair to our landscaping as well as pay for the IPE decking that was a part of the original contract, put never paid for by Tsitos.
I am now out of pocket tens of thousands of dollars as a result of having to hire other craftsmen to fix and finish the mess Tsitos and Hilti left.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PARIS TSITOS AND HILTI ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
