I would never use this company or recommend this company to any of my friends or anyone in general, my roof started leaking less than 30 days After completion, nothing but excuses from the contractor,Response time is horrible And all they do is use caulk!! My skylight leaks along with the fire place, and other areas. Compleded job in June last year still leaks today. Decking is not secured,, they missed the trusses!!!! What they did to my skylight, UNFINISHED!!

"[Member Name Removed], you failed to provide any proof your roof has been leaking since we redid your skylight. You claim to have hired numerous other companies to "inspect" your attic for leaks but have failed to provide any evidence. We attempted to ask for the reports and contact numbers of those companies so we can rectify any issues they found, but you don't respond, ignore the requests, or change the subject. Please send us the reports you have attained from other companies and we will be happy to correct what they have found."

It was more than myself and the crew expected but the communication was amazing, pictures were provided, and the work that was performed was amazing....all rotten wood replaced, and Will and his crew went above and beyond, they were amazing!!

I highly recommend Hester Roofing. They are a local company and the owners Jim and Will Hester and came in person and gave a bid that was competitive. They supervised everything working on site with a super lead carpenter and a fabulous skilled crew. I’m so happy with the progress of the job which they took 2 long days to complete working dawn to dusk to get the job done including special attention to the skylights and chimney. They even followed up with remote control interior binds for our skylights! Great job Hester’s…we made the right choice!!
