Horrible. He did not pull a permit (my bad for not making sure he did) and his workers (he was never on-site for the work) installed the balusters with 5-1/4" spacing in between, when code is 4" (my bad for not noticing this before I paid him; my HOA board was kind enough to tell me afterwards). He will not return my phone calls about this. He was incredibly difficult to get a hold of to begin with, and now I regret that he did call me back to get the work. Do yourself a favor, even if you have to pay a bit more and wait a few more weeks, hire a reputable contractor, not Don Baker Construction a/k/a GuttersPlus in St. Augustine.

We're probably use them. He's very knowledgeable, material that he uses is high-grade and definitely up-grade his material. I've seen him work in my brother-in-law's house and we're very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

They removed and replaced approximately 250 feet of gutter. They are awesome. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and did it well.
The owner and crew kept us informed, they were friendly, professional, punctual, and hardworking. The installation was fast, the crew was quiet but worked hard the whole time, and left the place clean. Prior to installation, we made several calls to the owner with follow up questions. He was always professional, patient, and helpful. Everything went great. Don came to give me a free estimate and I decided to hire them after talking with him for a few moments. They came to do the install when they said they would. The crew that did the work were super and everything was completed without any issues
