Rick indicated that he would be in my area on Friday. He had a job near my home and would stop by either before or after his previously scheduled job. I told him that I would take the day off from work and that I would be home the whole day. He never showed that Friday. I was very disappointed and angry that he did not even have the decency to call and lie. He has never called back, and I have since hired another company to do the work. This guy is simply not dependable or honest!
Description of Work: Rick Learn had installed large shower inclosure and replaced a number of exterior windows which had failed. He's very reluctant to provide an estimate; he feels that the competition can always beat him on price! I was very pleased with the shower inclosure and the window replacement. Called several times to schedule an appointment to adjust shower door, hang several mirrors and provide an estimate to replace three windows which have failed this past year.
