Frank recently inspected a house for us up in Riverside, in Jacksonville. He did a great job and we will absolutely call him again. His prices were very reasonable, and he was quite thorough with the property. We walked around with him for the full four hours it took, and he was very helpful in pointing things out the whole time. He gave us his opinions on some needed repairs and was very patient in explaining exactly what he was seeing and why it was good/bad. His report was 40 pages with full photos, and he got it to us within 48 hours. He made himself very available for questions or concerns after the inspection. Overall, it really felt like he was an advocate for us as the buyers, which is refreshing when going through the home buying process. He gave us a lot of confidence in knowing exactly the state of the house so that we could move forward in negotiations.

Frank was very personable and performed a very thorough inspection. He took his time and provided an inspection that far exceeded my high expectations. In addition, he was excellent about ensuring we understood, not only his findings, but also his reasoning. I felt like he was my advocate, which is rare in my experiences. With the detailed report he prepared, I feel better equipped in moving forward with repairs.

1. For our weekly monitoring they will take pictures if we want and also send a checklist of everything they viewed. They bring in any mail and water my hanging flower baskets.  It is very convenient. Once you meet these folks you will not have any problem entrusting your home to them.
2. When the security alarm went off they were quick to get over to our house and once there were able to check all around outside and check all windows and doors and then enter the premises.  It was a very windy night and they found a door ajar inside the garage that had popped open and set off the alarm.  We were very relieved to have them come over as we were away traveling.  Although the police said it appeared that nothing was amiss they could not go inside. Having Gate House Watch able to go inside was a relief and we slept better knowing everything inside and out was fine.  Frank assured us everything looked fine and after securing the door the alarm was able to be reset.
