Forever Vets Murabella

I took my dog to Forever Vets a few times. Here is what I noticed: 1. Each time I called I was placed on hold for excessive amounts of time. 2. Each time I came into the office the wait times are lengthy and no one even greets you to check in the appointments for up to twenty minutes. 3. If you sign up for the Wellness Plan, each appointment has multiple additional charges that are not covered and the charges are excessive to other area vets, but since you are in a year long contract with monthly fees in addition to all of the up charges, it becomes a huge financial burden. 4. The veterinarian recommends extensive testing for each health concern including issues that are very benign and common for older dogs where the cost of all of the testing by far outweighs the cost of the treatment. It comes across as up selling and feels very disingenuous for a health care provider to do during each examination. When you opt to not complete some of the recommendations the vet takes on a very judgmental and condescending tone meant to guilt you into paying for all of the additional testing. 5. If you have concerns about a particular clinic and need to call the corporate office, they are very rude and dismissive of your concerns.
