Robin was one of the better (cheaper) quotes we got for flooring and we were on a budget so we decided to give him a try. He baited and switched us on the price by offering us one price and then after we made the deal and the floor was ripped up, telling us he had to charge us $150 extra to level the floor with patching cement. He did the work quickly and was on time, but refused to paint the new edging/trim and basically took off as quickly as he could. I wouldn't recommend him. His unprofessionalism really shocked me because I've had multiple people ask me if I liked his work and I always say no. "I hope that extra $150 dollars was worth the loss of referrals to him," she said, sarcastically.

Not a good experience. Did not show up when scheduled, did a very poor job, and asked for too much money up front.

Installer did not take the time to lay out a large area of floor to see if the pattern of flooring was evenly distributed. When the flooring was installed the results are uneven. The floor, cosmetically, looks unprofessional and cheap. There are knots in a confined area and the other areas of the room are free of knots. I will have to buy a rug to cover up the area where the knots are too prevalent. The transition strips are not finished and my phone calls are not being returned. Their customer service stinks.
