Ron did our kitchen backsplash and after several phone calls to contractors, Ron responded quickly! He is very nice, on time, professional and easy to work with! We are going to hire him for our next project for flooring! His pricing is very reasonable and unlike others who want to charge an arm and leg. We are very pleased with his skills and work ethics.

Install went well with one problem. There is a lose tile and I ‘ve been calling for 2 months to have it fixed. He has missed 2 dates he promised he would be here to make the repair.

I would definitely hire First Impressions again. They asked a very low price and did an exceptional job. They were very punctual and timely. Ron told me he has 30 years experience and he illustrated it with his fine work.
