The quotation process was good, and we were excited because of the great reviews. I am a perfectionist, and I am willing to pay very well for extremely good work--these guys were not inexpensive. I'm disappointed. One car still has brown marks on the headliner and interior doors, and the other has dirt in several areas around the exterior, and inside rear of the SUV. This was not a filthy car--some ares just weren't wiped down at all.. They worked hard for many hours, and some things they did exceptionally well, but others, not. I will need to go out and re-clean the interior of one vehicle, and will accept the other. During the detail there was confusion--the quote apparently was insufficient for the work required. At first the owner said he would "eat it" but then he heavily noted the working men would be the ones to lose money. It was a point of great concern to him. Usually, we would have simply overtipped to compensate the missed quote but work done, but with the fellow pushing, it felt necessary to simply pay. We aren't calling back to allow them to fix it. Job is done, and we aren't making more time to fix it. We have done our duty sharing to you, our peers. I wish we would have had the experience most did. They are hard workers, but they just didn't finish the job.

EcoTech Mobile completely blew away my expectations even after hearing the incredible service and experience other people have had. Laurence's attention to detail, meticulous care, and passion for his work was very evident when he cleaned, waxed, clayed, shampooed, steamed, and made my car look brand new! Literally blown away when seeing the vehicle for the first time. I highly recommend all of his services!

Lawrence, his sons and crew are simply the BEST! I have had several high end vehicles over the years, paid for the "dealer details", several others along the way as well and can say without a doubt THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I use them every month now and have referred them to everyone that will listen. If you like your car looking like fresh off the showroom floor, do yourself a favor and call Lawrence!

Lawrence and his crew arrived and went right to work.  They did a great job on a very dirty car.  We will definitely be calling them again.

You can eat off of the car when they're done. It's showroom-ready for sure. They leave everything sparkling, and if there are any problems when they're done, they'll come right back out for even the smallest spots. In the past, they even got a mildewy smell out of a car that had been sitting for 2 years.

Lawrence and the 3 team members showed up within the time allotted and actually were able toco e early but I had to work. They were very professional setting up a tent so the car would be washed out of the sunlight. The job they did was excellent. They were able to get the new car film residue off my tail light lenses. These guys did the best job I have ever had on my car. Will use on a regular basis

I wen online and I checked their ratings; they have five stars for everything.  Everybody gave him five stars.  They are professional.  They are very responsible because they'd call me the next day to make sure that I was happy and if there was something that they missed, they would come out and fix it.  They are very thorough because they were working on my car for four hours and there were at least two or three guys on the car.  My car was not exactly in bad condition, but to them, they got every nook and cranny.

The service was performed exactly as discribed.  The car was cleaned to perfection.  Technician arrived in an acceptable time frame and was very professional.  Will definitely use this mobile service again.
