After the meeting with a rather arrogant owner, was told he would write up and estimate either that day or the next. Told me he wouldn't be the cheapest and why. Told me what he wanted to do and why. Never got around to providing an estimate or a call-back with a reason why an estimate wasn't provided. At this time I suspected her didn't want my business because the job was too hard for him. Spent a lot of time telling me about his experience and what a bad job other companies had done in the area. Not a good customer experience. Bottom line: I'm glad he didn't call back.
Description of Work: Met provider for and estimate at property. Discussed needs and was provided options. Good so far. Was asked to email my address for follow-up quote. Never happened.
