I hired this company to do a deep cleaning for $300 to include 2 cleaners. They showed up with only 1 cleaner and that is why they had to return. I also paid $ 130 per day for 3 return cleanings over the next few weeks and was assured the work that was not completed would be. I feel they are not being completely honest about what happened in their comments. I do not feel that I had any free services.

"I apologize for not being able to complete your master bedroom. We strive for 100% satisfaction. However you only paid $25 an hour for 5 hours of time. I had someone come and stay 3 days cleaning your whole whole house and 2 extra day for free cleaning your house and she still could not get finished due to the high levels of animal hair and dander. There was cat pee and poop all over the walls we had to clean as well as a high level of dust. I have tried to resolve this issue with you and explained that if you want more time besides the free day we gave you that you would have to pay an additional $25 an hour per person for our additional time. Your fans were hand wiped and all of your furniture was pulled out and cleaned underneath beautifully and I was there to inspect. If you would like for us to clean your master bedroom we can for free just to satisfy you but you have declined that offer and are only asking for a refund now in December 3 months later. We went above and beyond for you already and we did this clean in September. We cannot issue a refund for incomplete work because you declined to pay for additional time. We worked over the amount of time that you actually paid for and cannot please you. Sorry for the inconvenience ."

Shannon is very concerned that the client is satisfied with the job done. I look forward to their return in three weeks.
