as a business owner i rely on my internet for phone and credit card.
they don't care about it. they cancelled a scheduled appointment without notifying.
they really don't seem to care about your needs as a customer.
Wish there was another option for ISP (Atand t is as bad as Comcast) !!!!

Comcast came with the place. We just had a basic cable service. We lost the internet connection so we contacted them to have them send a refresh signal, which worked fine.

When I would call and complain I would get excuses as to why things were that way, not fixes, The Internet stayed slow and the TV stayed mixed up. The DVR supplied by the company would fill up with just a few movies. The disk was too small.

Service person showed up 2 hours early andcompleted the hookup very quickly in spte of some cabling problems created by previous occupant. Everything went smoothly.

I really don't care for the price structure. No matter what they say, I know enough about electronics to know that they can provide us with the select channels that we want to watch and price accordingly, but they bundle everything together. There may only be 15 channels that I watch, but they put all these things together so we are paying for channels that we don't even watch.

The installers have been great! As for the service they provide, it is absolutely awful. The cost above is price per month. The service they provide in theory is great but being called ondemand cable is incorrect because it is not on demand. It kicks you off what you are watching constantly.
