They came out to fix a leak in which the unit needed Freon as well. I paid 840.00 to have my unit fixed only to have it go out days later. I called them back and was told the Freon leaked out of the leak they were paid to fix and that I would need more Freon which would cost more money. I told them no since I was skeptical by this point and felt like i was being swindled. I was irate at this point and wanted nothing to do with them anymore they tried to rook me into buying a brand new unit 4800.00 worth and in return they would put the money I already paid out for them to fix my old unit mind you towards the new one. I ultimately had to buy a new unit but not with them. Also, their customer service is atrocious Kelly being the worst she likes to hang up on anyone who calls with concerns over being ripped off. If you check their BBB status it's an F and for good reason. I submitted a complaint with the BBB and they ignored it, not even an explanation. Hope this helps anyone looking to avoid a bad situation. I have read other reviews from people with the same issue, but don't go to their website since all the reviews are 5 star and impeccable as if put there on purpose. Hope this helps.

I've used them for 20 years. They do what they say they are going to do, they know what they're doing, they sell a good product, their price is right. When they send their guys out, they are willing to answer any questions you have. I can't think of one negative thing to say about them. They're great. Otherwise I wouldn't have been using them for 20 years. I have a maintenance agreement with them. You buy the system and you can have them come out twice a year to go over the whole system. So I pre-pay, but if I hadn't pre-paid, it would've been about about $150.00. If people maintain their units properly and have somebody come out two times, that's what they're going to pay for a good sized unit.

They did every thing we spoke about at a very good price, replace contractor units with Trane, at a lower price than others with lesser known brands.

It took them a little while to determine the best avenues to take and in the end we are really happy.

They always call well in advance to set-up the service appointment. In 2007 Climate Master installed a 95% Furnace, it was always a pleasure to have the crew in my house while they were working. Great company.

We have the maintenance agreement. A quirky glitch appeared in our system where it would shut on and off for no reason. Started in the summer, of course. Long story short - the first person tried many things, was very nice, didn't solve the problem, ultimately left us hanging because it was and quot;too hot to climb around in the attic.and quot; When the management heard our complaint that the problem still wasn't resolved, they were quite solicitous and when they heard about the techs response, they removed him from service. They kept trying. After spending hours at our house, sending several tech people, and finally sending their tech manager, they admitted they'd done all they could and were sure it was an electrical problem which they detailed for us. All this cost only the labor of installing a new thermostat (the first problem we thought) at a discount. They even told us which to buy ourselves which would be better for our house, we could get it right away at Home Depot (rather than wait for it to be ordered) and cost less than they could offer. The other hours of effort didn't cost us a dime (which eventually included rewiring from the heat exchanger to the thermostat, in the walls, up through the attic - the job the fired tech didn't want to try in the heat). The electrical problem they tracked down was spot on. The service company they recommended were prompt, efficient, relatively cost effective (we price out anything over $500) and FIXED the problem finally. Climate Masters checked in regularly, responded by phone and email, knew we were having odd troubles and were super patient. Our problem was highly unusual - as in the main guy had seen
it once or twice and the regulars never had. So, while it felt like forever to resolve, I can't fault them for effort and eventually
figuring out the problem. The techs ranged in responsiveness from excellent to fair, but management is excellent across the board. We are so pleased with their attention, price, service, we engaged them AFTER all our troubles, for our rental in Jacksonville! I will maintain the annual service - summer and winter maintenance - for as long as they'll keep us. There was another issue found in the summer (during all that trouble shooting) that wasn't going to manifest until winter. They ordered the part and installed it during our winter service. The part was discounted because we're on the maintenance plan and they didn't
charge us extra because they were coming anyway - even though the part removal and installation is not part of the maintenance agreement. You see horror stories ref air conditioning on TV. Kelly Bailey, the company director, took a personal interest in our issue. I trust her and I trust Climate Masters.

Their responsiveness is excellent and they solved our problem very quickly on the weekend. They are very professional.

Although I no longer lived in the area at the time of this call, I felt extremely confident in Climate Masters as I used their services for approximately 12 years, throughout the time that I owned the home. My Realtor concurred with my opinion of their work and reputation, and provided me with feedback re: responsiveness, punctuality, etc. on this particular service call. Climate Masters always provided me with great service and their technicians were always very honest re: what work did and didn't need to be done.

The installer did not have a filter back return air grill on his truck and said he would return the next day with the item. Since we were not going to be available the next day he told us to call the company and schedule the installation. No mention was made that the return air grill would have an additional cost. The $75 bill was presented to us when the item was installed. The company was called and questioned about the accuracy of the charge. In addition the company president was sent a letter about the disputed charge. Every person contacted at the company claimed we were made aware of the extra cost. This was un-true as we would have declined the filter back return air grill had we known of the added cost.
