After I gathered my thoughts together, I went back to Angie's List, called Maid Pro, and a nice man named Rick worked the schedule around so I could get our house cleaned before the Buyers planned to move in. We even worked out a schedule that allowed the Buyers' favorite Stanley Steemer to do the carpets without the Maid Pro ladies bumping into them. Guess who I will use in the future! And guess who I won't use!
Description of Work: I had used Cleaning Authority several years ago when my regular cleaning lady was out for surgery. Having been happy with their service back then, I called them to do a move out cleaning of a home that we were selling. I kept calling two or three days but never had a call back. Today I was exasperated and called the Call Center and told them that if I did not hear from them, I was calling Angie's List. The Call Center guy said he would call the local owner and pass the word along. Sure enough! Within 15 minutes the phone rang. In the rudest tone that he could muster up, the local owner said, "We don't do move outs!" AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!
