We have used Chris for many years. We tried many others before we tried Citrus Solutions. They are far superior than any other rig cleaning service on the market.

I had called Citrusolutions a year earlier needing someone to give me same day service after our aging dog tried to ruin our carpeting. They were unable to help us that day and unfortunately we used another company which I thought was a little pricey and the service was good but not great. I don't remember the name of the other company.

So now that it's been a little over a year we were ready to clean the two rooms again and so I called Citrusolution. They came over the same day to give me a quote of $135 and I scheduled the service for one week from that day. Two guys came and did a very thorough job. It took them about two hours. They did everything I asked and beyond. I think they gave me a little bit better price than normal because we live close to their home base in St. Augustine.

Overall was satisfactory. They moved the furniture that was moveable however they did not remove the stains a throughly as we would have liked

These guys were timely and professional. They were very cheap compared to their competitors. When they got on site, one guy informed me that some of the stains were embedded in the pad and that he was going to pour a lot more solution on some of the spots to get it out of the pad. He brought in a big sprinkle can and started working on the stains. He said these spots would be wetter longer because they would get soaked down to the pad. Him and his partner got to work. When they were done, the floor looked fantastic and the house smelled great.
Later that day we found an area int he living room that looked like it had not been scrubbed to well and as a result it was still dirty. By the next day, the carpet was mostly dry but the embedded pet stains had bled back through to the rug. We called them back a couple of times and finally got a voicemail left for us stating that they would have to charge us to come back out. My wife got a hold of them and she confirmed that they would not come back out unless we agreed to pay more due to the extensiveness of the stains. They were very nice on the phone but we disagree on how this was handled. They should have set our expectations up front that certain stains would not come up properly and we also think the front living room was not cleaned to the level it should have been.

They were very good. I had some pet stains in the carpet and they treated the stains before they cleaned the carpets. They even gave me a bottle of their stain remover for free.

Prompt and on time on each appointment. Scheduled and arrived exactly when they said they would be. Always informed us if there was a change, or if anything changed the original schedule of completion. Easy to work with. Quick to respond. Job came out as expected.

They are fabulous - the spots came out and I was very happy with the service. They give you an accurate phone quote with no hidden charges. He also gave me a free bottle of spot remover to use afterwards for spots. After they leave the house smells great, fresh and clean. I like that they use natural products, since I have children and pets in my home. will be using him again.

Very nice, professional young man, very knowledgeable was in and out within an hour. The carpets only took a couple of hours to dry completely and looked like new. It's nice that the company uses all natural products that do not leave any kind of sticky residue. And, it smells great too!

The company is top rated. They really care about their customers. They come into to your home and they go around and see exactly what needs to be done. They answer every question you might want to ask.
The orange that cleans your carpets smells so good. I used those crystals that you use on your carpet to make the rug smell better.
When the guy was vacuuming up this crude he came to me and told me never us that stuff on my carpet again. I told him that my exspensive vacuum got clogged up and blew the motor. I have used the carpet crystal for years but I used a new product this time and well i felt like I Love Lucy again! Oh the nice young man he's job and off he went. No charge for granuals.
