it is too early to tell if the lawn service works well as the grass is dormant.
But I wish this was not a contract based service.

They're good. They are on time and seem to listen to you when you tell them that there's something going on in the yard. So far everything is working fine and the price is comfortable.

I have used them for a couple of years. Twice when we had them come out for interior spraying, they were supposed to be here between 12 O’ clock and 3 O’clock. At 2:45pm they called and said they would not be here until 4:30 pm. They always call but it was not convenient for our time frame either.

I had an okay experience with them, but I found several flying termites, which I was able to kill. I’m not sure where they came from, and I’m not sure 100% if they killed all of the termites underneath the soil. We’re still working with them and they’re supposed to come back out.

I spend about $26 for their services each month and that’s not too bad at all. They were very nice and professional. Their price is very good. They are taking care of problems that I have. There are no complications at all. I will keep using their services in the future as long as I need it.

I am going to sign up with them again since they have been excellent. Our lawn has come along beautifully with them. We signed an annual contract with them last time and we will do the same again. We spend $300 a year. They are very service oriented and thorough. We did have a question in terms of our irrigation system and they did come out to give us an estimate. It was something that we wanted to do. We weren’t sure, but we had them do the whole thing. So, it cost us about $300 for the irrigation system. However, between that and everything else, it was well worth it because of the way the lawn looks. They did a very good job. They spent a lot of time and it was of good value. We have been very pleased with them and I have already recommended them to others.

They are always here on time and leave a bag on the door saying they were there. Most of the time you don t even realize that they did the work. If there is ever a problem they come right out.

The Bug Out man came the day he had stated to me on the phone and methodically got to spraying the yard. There has been no problems with infestation. I have him come about four times a year and that keeps it all under control. I recommend their service.
