It went wonderfully well. Stuart was professional while also being friendly. He was prompt and he used his knowledge to solve our dilemma. He then placed the order with the manufacurer the same day, and called to set up the installation the day the blinds arrived in his store. We had the shades installed in less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Stuart was very meticulous and exacting in his measurements and installation. One blind was in a very difficult place to install, and Stuart got assistance in solving the problem, so that all would be done perfectly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I would use them again in a hearbeat.They really care about how a job is done and how it comes out, and the blinds look great!

The whole process went very well. Stuart responded promptly with an on-site estimate. His familiarity with both the products and the work was obvious. The first appointment time had to be re-set due to a prior job running over, but this was not a problem. The work was still done on the same day. Stuart did the work himself and did a top-notch job. The price was reasonable and the work superior. From estimate to finish it took two days. By comparison, others had estimated it would take them up to three weeks due to the slowness of their supplier.
