Bright Vision Mortgage

I contacted Bright Vision Mortgage when I was shopping for VA home loan quotes based off a recommendation from a friend. I worked with David Beddard, Senior Loan Officer and Operations Manager, who was an absolute professional. He was extremely responsive and worked closely with me on getting all of my information together to get me a quote. As a broker, he was able to shop multiple lenders to get the best interest rate and lender credit possible. He was able to find enough lender credits to offset all of the fees and actually provide me a $1,261 credit towards closing costs. He followed up his written quote with phone calls to help explain all the details and ensure I understood everything. I unfortunately decided to use a different mortgage company (same company as my realtor), mostly based on a similar quote and presumed ease of communication between my realtor (not necessarily the case), but David continued to help and advise me through the process. He even shot me an e-mail to let me know rates were down and that I should lock in my rate with the other company. I am confident that Bright Vision Mortgage would have been a pleasure to work with had I gone with them, and to be honest, I'm a bit regretful that I didn't go with them. Their excellent communications, genuine interest in finding the best value available to me, and professional and proactive approach are what makes this company stand out. I personally know several people who have used Bright Vision Mortgage and all are raving fans. I will definitely be contacting David in the future for my home loan needs!
