Bought a house 6 months ago, and the previous owners had a Sentricon contract with Baker that was set to expire in June 2015. I called before the expiration and told them we were not going to enter a new contract with them. Also asked them to please pick up the bait stations that were around my yard. They never contacted me about the bait stations. When June rolled around I got a flyer on my door mentioning their services, and today someone stopped by again. So I called the office, told them that I'd called previously saying we were not going to renew, and asked them to send someone by to pick up the bait stations. She said, "I'll do the best I can." Then I offered to simply throw the bait stations in the trash, if she could make a note to stop contacting me. At that point she said, "I'll make a note and have my supervisor contact you." I doubt they'll expend the effort to contact me.

They may do great work but their administrative approach sure needs work.  I called around mid-day and was told their field guy would call me right back.  After waiting all afternoon with no call I decided to try somebody else.  Still hadn't contacted me as of this morning, but instead he just showed up at the house totally unannounced.  The young lady who initially answered the phone had no enthusiasm at all and a short time after our initial conversation called me back.  Without even saying hello or telling me who she was she blurted out as soon as I picked up the phone, "DO YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US?"  I had no idea who she was.  Training is in order all the way around.  They may be awesome at pest control but contact them with low expectations as to their initial professionalism and common courtesy.

I have had Bake Pest Control every year for the last 21 years. If it were not for Baker calling me each year to schedule my termite treatments, I would never have kept it up. They have the most amazing service. Lewis has been our contact for years and he is a gem....with a wealth of knowledge. Baker is as professional as it gets. We have had additions put on our home and decks and screened rooms put on and taken off....every time they are just a phone call away...they schedule us in for pretreatment....they are just awesome!

I called early in the morning. No one called me back right away. When I finally got hold of the tech - He was there within the hour. Did a great job at an affordable price. I would definitely use them again.

Baker Pest people are always on time and competent. When I had a hideous ant infestation in my residence that took two treatments, the technician was efficient, informative - and even better, effective. They are a local company that takes pride in their work and I'm glad to be a customer. Their prices are in the mid-range for this type of work where I live.

Their price is wonderful. They are reliable. They take care of whatever problems there are. I have been using them for 20 years and that should speak for itself. They are doing everything right and I can't say enough about them.

It's a smaller company. You can trust them to come in when you're not home and to lock up when they leave.

They are really killing my weeds so I am happy. I am okay to pay that amount because I couldn't buy the stuff any cheaper and it works. They will come back and spray again if I am not happy. I haven't had any trouble with them. I've been using them for a couple of years. I will continue to use them.
