The work that was done was done well, but it wasn't done to the agreement and they were not on site as often as we thought they would be. We had to be our own agent a number of times. Some things were not done according to the plans. There were a number of things that has to be redone because they were not on site. They were not prompt in calling us back. The work took much longer than it should have.
