Stina took care of everything. As an out-of-town homeowner, needing to rent my townhouse, Stina was there when I couldn't be. She gave me excellent advice, handled all of the paperwork, the potential renters and other agents quickly and professionally. That was important to me because I was a Realtor in Florida for 15 years, and I have high expectations. Stina took all of the worry out of renting my place. Stina has been managing my townhouse for 8 years. I couldn't have done it without her.

We had the pleasure of working with Stina Antonopoulos in search of our new home. From the start Stina was extremely responsive and had great and helpful suggestions. All through negotiations and closing she was helpful and always available. She listened to our requests and questions and helped us through our decision process. It went great. I needed to sell my home quickly. After talking to Stina, she assured me my home would sell. She never gave me false hope that it wouldn’t sell but that she would do her best to get it sold, and that she did. Seven days after being placed on the market, my house sold. Spectacularly. Stina was professional and listened to our needs. So many people mistake the job of a real estate agent as someone who just shows houses and collects a commission check. Stina is a lifesaver! It is stressful to sell your house, negotiate the best price and repairs, coordinate your next home purchase & move, I don't know what I would have done without Stina. She is thoughtful, helpful and considerate. Stina knew how to get things done on my time because of her tenacity and knowledge. At 86 years old, she put my mind at ease to see things happen exactly as she said it would. When I first listed, I thought my new house would be ready earlier and then it got delayed making me refuse several offers on my house and drag out the process which was a little stressful but in the end, Stina made sure I closed on both on the same day, at the same office and managed to get me full asking price too! To top it off, she got me to my new home just in time to spend the holidays with my family. Thank you Stina!
