In August 2013 my air conditioner froze up and flooded my condo. I called another local air conditioner repair company who charged me $200 to repair my air conditioner. Two days later my air conditioner froze up AGAIN and flooded my condo AGAIN. I called the same company again and they told me that my air conditioner needed to be replaced and that they would charge $4,100. Per my neighbor's recommendation I called Arnett to get a second quote. Steve from Arnett came out right away and quoted me $3,100 for the exact same air conditioner. I decided to go with Arnett and could not be happier. They were on time, professional and thorough in their work. The works from Arnett were just wonderful. In addition, six months later they proactively called me to schedule a FREE follow up visit to make sure my air conditioner was working properly. In April 2014 my boyfriend had the same problem with his air conditioner and used Arnett to replace the entire unit. He actually used the word "thrilled" when talking about Arnett's work. We love Arnett and highly, highly recommend them.

Techs are always polite, call in advance of vist and most importantly respect the house, taking off shoes when they come inside. Will definately continue to use them.

I thought they did not test the equipment. They put in defective equipment. customer service is terrible.

The techs were at our house on time, worked steadily, explained the operation of all the controls, completely cleaned up the mess and hauled away the 19-year old unit they replaced within a half day.
One small but pleasant surprise...I didn't notice 'til the next day that they repaired an attic ventilating screen that had been torn earlier by someone else. It wasn't their problem, they hadn't done the damage, and really wasn't a big deal...but they took the time and effort to neatly fix it and didn't even mention it to us.
Now THAT'S excellent service!!

This company has great customer service. We have a service plan, but we had no clean filters. They came out right way to make sure we had filters for our AC Unit. Great service!
