We had a tankless water heater installed. Chris was able to educate us as to what needed to be done. He was able to do the work quickly. He was so efficient that we hired him to do additional work. I would definitely recommend Ancient City to do any electrical work needed around the house.

The fan Chris was installing appeared to be missing components for proper assembly Shipping details did not provide a phone number ( due to covid 19) as the company alleged. None the less, he attempted to make contact via email to no avail. Two days later the company still hasn't resolved the issue but Chris said he would return to finish the work if the components were provided. He did organize the "leftovers" for the project in one place and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Clearly, he wanted things done properly and left no trail/mess upon departure.

Chris did a great job. I had some ceiling fans installed and had planned on replacing an existing fluorescent fixture with a new LED one. Chris saved me money by suggesting LED tubes and some simple modifications to existing fixture instead of whole new fixture. I was able to get two other fixtures upgraded at same time and at the same originally quoted price. Additionally I was able to return the new LED fixture for a credit to my account. Could not be happier. Honest, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Chris responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to schedule the work quickly (for two days out). He showed up on time, was very professional and friendly, and did a great job. He left no mess and removed the old fixtures so I didnâ t have to worry about it. His pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

Chris was professional, efficient and very personable! He installed a 72 inch ceiling fan onto the 14 foot vaulted ceiling in our family room. Even helped move some furniture to gain access to the fan with his ladder. Very careful with our wood floors. I would highly recommend!!
