Ancient City Arbor LLC

Ancient City Arbor came to my property when they said they would be there. After walking the property, I was given a quote for the service needed. Everything was done as indicated and the ending price was as reasonable and as quoted. They cleaned up all the debris and left the property looking great.

We asked for a quote, it was very reasonable. He said it would be about a week til they could do the job. It was scheduled, they were on time, professional, done what we needed in about an 1 1/2 hr. and cleaned everything up nicely. Would definitely use them again.

Work was excellent and efficient. There laid plywood on my grass so that they didn’t destroy my lawn. The came down with zero issues. I recommended them to my neighbor for some work. Would definitely bring them back for more tree work when it’s time.

If you are looking for a tree service, look no further!!! I would highly recommend Ancient City Arbor. We had a huge project that we’ve been contemplating and planning for quite a while. They gave us an estimate of cost and timing. The price was perfectly fair. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and exactly when they said they would do it!!! We had several trees removed, others trimmed, and some stumps grinded. They were courteous, prompt, extremely hard working, and cleaned up well. We’ve worked with other tree services in the past, and this was by far, the best experience we’ve ever had!

No complaints.... and I’m very persnickety! Professional and no issues. I Would highly recommend this company. And would use them again. Thank you for everything!

Doug response to my request for trimming service was excellent. He showed up punctually on Thursday. I requested tree service to be performed within 2 working days (next Monday) which Doug quickly agreed to. As planned, Doug showed up on Monday and as I had previously requested, confirmed in writing that his company had insurance coverage for commercial general liability up to $1 MM. The trimming crew consisted of 3 persons, Doug included. Chris, the tree professional who actually climbed the tree, performed trimming work in a safe and artistic manner, without any damage to the tree and surroundings. Final cleaning was excellent, such that you would never know that tree trimming had been performed. I was so pleased with their work that I will recommend and use them in the future.

I could not have been more pleased. They did an excellent job. They were courteous and efficient. There is more light in the yard and they didn't massacre the trees. They cleaned up to where you didn't even know they were here. The tree that was removed was drilled out and that was excellent as well. I have been blessed.

We had a palm tree stricken with disease that required removal as well as other palms that needed trimming. The company responded to my inquiry immediately, arrived at my residence, and quoted a price that very same day. Within just three days I was scheduled and I was extremely satisfied. The service was prompt, fairly priced, and the team members were very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need and I will certainly be happy to use them again.

Excellent service! Good communication throughout process. The group did a great job with trimming and shaping all my trees while taking care to protect my lawn as much as possible.
