"Funny thing is, I have no record of an [member name removed] in for repair. If it were a bad plug, I would only charge again if the customer is causing the malfunction by pulling the plug out by pulling on cord which can bend & break the prongs on the plug. We stand behind our quality & workmanship which is of the highest standard found."
