We install ceiling fans, bad switches and receptacles, basically anything electrical you can think of, bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, no power, run dedicated lines for microwaves, sheds, we can do!

Have had no problem with indoor lighting, but the outside lighting I found was difficult to operate. I had contacted the company to come out and fix the settings on the lighting (remove the timer or if they could bypass use of the timer), didn't want a flood light and wanted the receptacle independant of the flood light, company was supposed to come back and correct the work since I was dissatisfied, but I have not heard from them since (contacted them to come and fix soon after installation).

We do on occasion get behind on our work and we likely didn't put a high priority on this since everything was working when we had left originally. Please don't let this experience keep you from calling us again, I know I have been back to check on your outside GFCIs that were tripping due to the Christmas lights being exposed to weather. We explained the importance of keeping the connections covered from rain and that it would be best to have them enclosed into receptacles where they were being plugged in to avoid a chance of electrical shock. All-Star has been servicing my house for years whenever I need electrical work in St Augustine I call them.
I have never had a problem with any of their service,price or quality of work.
I was really surprise to see the grade F by a person not even using their service,how fair is that.
The service date I entered is the day I wrote the review,I have not had service in several years.
I will recomend them with a A.

Since the outage did occur after regular business hours ( 5:30 pm), we did expect that this would be treated as an emergency repair and we were prepared to pay a little extra for the work. Two men started work at 6pm and finished before 9pm. They replaced 2" PVC conduit and repositioned meter back on the wall. Three days later, a bill was delivered to me for $975 with no detailed breakdown for materials and labor listed for 4.5 hours when they were there for only 3 hours. I expected to be charged about $500-$600 for the job and would have gladly paid that, but to be charged $975.00 was totally unexpected. I have asked for a detailed work report, with a total breakdown for supplies and labor, but as of this date, 10 days later, I have yet to be given such a report.

"I am sorry for such a late response. I do remember this job as my father and I both were there. I do not know the details as to how the bill break down was given to you or if the price was told to you up front. We normally do inform our customers of the emergency service charge and try to schedule things to avoid this, but sometimes it is unavoidable. You did also forget to mention that we had to coordinate this job with FPL who had to disconnect power and that we did also have to get this inspected and permitted the next day which required time to the county as well as coming back to insure everything was inspected and met the National Electrical Code. I am sorry the price was not relayed to you up front, that is not normally the case. I do understand how this would upset you and wish things were done differently. We do care about how our customers feel and I will reach out to you [name removed] to see if there is anything I can do to ensure you are happy. Sincerely, Todd Maure Sr."
