It went well but the price to remove, install, and replace the flange was ridiculous. It was $ 268.00 and that was a special with a brand I never heard of.

They were excellent. It was exactly as advertised and they did a great job. They were very prompt and they did what they said they would. They did not charge more. They got it done in a timely manner and they were polite. I was impressed.

The service person was very professional and up front about what was needed and the full cost of the service. He answered all of my questions and performed the service in a very reasonable timeframe. The cost was comparable to other estimates I had received. When he was done he made sure the new system was working properly and made sure I had the correct contact information in case I had any questions or issues. Before leaving he cleaned the work area and left it exactly the way it was before he arrived. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend this company to anyone.

They did an excellent job, and they are very good people. Shane seems to always seek knowledge on new products and information, and he is very intelligent which impresses me. I've used him in the past for minor things as well.
