I was very unhappy with the quality of work. He had told me that he was going to install a gasket on the toilet so that it would not leak in my floor. He did not do this, so it caused my new wood flooring to stain from water condensation. It also leaked on the ceiling in the living room because he did not install a flare plate as well. He did show up on time and was very professional, but the quality of the work was not good.
