This agency doesn't even deserve one star. We are a military family who hired Eileen Roth to serve a rental manager for our condo unit for 10 years, during which time we lived overseas. Everytime I toured the property, it was filthy. Ms. Roth would assure me that the renter would clean up (we later learned this was not the case). After our last renter moved out, we placed the unit for sale. Our contract with Ms. Roth required us to give her the opportunity to sell it. We did not realize that the renter damaged the unit and Ms. Roth put it for sale "as is" until we receive a low ball offer. We have since hired a new agent who demonstrates professionalism. Ms Roth charged us a cleaning fee and it is clear that the unit was not cleaned. She didn't even bother to retrieve the pool pass from the renter. Ms. Roth engages in unethical behavior - I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Behavior. Ms. Roth should not have a license. The agency owner, Mr. Munro, is equally unprofessional, making excuses for Ms. Roth and trying to blame me for the poor condition of the unit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.
