Shawn was very responsive. After the poor guy crawled in my attic in the middle of summer to determine why we had no hot water to a part of our house (a broken attic hot water heater), he promptly came back as scheduled to disconnect the bad water heater and install a new supply line to our main hot water heater (again, more attic work in the summer). He completed the job when he said he would, for the price quoted. He even helped fix my water line from making noise to the washer as a bonus! Also helped with a shower handle situation. Very helpful and fair plumber. Highly recommended!!!!!

When I first called after 6:30pm, I expected voice mail for after hours, but Shawn answered the phone.  Though he said he didn't know when he would be able to get to my leaky faucet, he was out the next day!  Very professional & reasonable.  I will definitely being calling again!

Shawn and his team are absolutely wonderful! We first had them out to our house in February to snake and inspect our bathtub drain. It was draining slowly and leaking into the other room on occasion. He let us know that while our pipes were pretty clogged, we also had a rusty tub and the seal around the drain had gone bad and would need replacing; which explained the leaking.
Fast forward to June, we finally decided to go ahead with the bathtub replacement. Shawn was very easy to get in touch with to schedule, and showed up promptly at 9am the day of the install. He removed our old tub (and demoed all the old tile in the tub surround), installed a new drain and tub, as well as installed/updated the pipes and valves in the wall. He got the job done quickly, but it was done well. We will also have him coming back to finish installing the shower head and bathtub faucet, as we needed to put in new tile before doing that!
Today's Plumbing is GREAT and he will be our go to plumber from here on out.

Shawn called ahead and arrived on time. He fixed the toilet using OEM parts which now works perfectly. 
He does what he says, arrives on time, and sticks to his quotes. His work is exceptional and I will be calling him for any plumbing issues I may have.
This is his second time out here. Last time was a slow leak in the bathroom wall. He not only fixed it, he made sure all the wallboard that needed removing was done and checked to make sure there were not other leaks.
Great plumber! Friendly and does what he says he'll do. I recommend him highly. A+++

Arrived on time on the date promised. Managed to bury the new water line, in essence hiding it.
Made watering of two flower beds a breeze what with new sprinklers.

He's being really dismissive and won't help me get my hose attached to the faucet.

I had an emergency pipe leak in my bathroom. I called Shawn in the morning and he was here the same afternoon to repair the leak. The water was soaking into my drywall so Shawn cut out the bad drywall, repaired the pipe, checked to make sure everything was okay, and cleaned up the mess.
I have never had such excellent service performed so quickly and at such a reasonable price. Shawn is personable, professional, obviously experienced, and a pleasure to deal with. I now have a reliable plumber that I trust for all types of plumbing issues.
I highly recommend calling this company for any plumbing problems you may have. They are great!

The leak was behind the wall in the garage. again! I had a plummer in a few months ago for that leak. He said if it leaks again, its in "the slab". did not want that guy back, so I looked on Angies , found a plummer with an excellent rating and reviews. Called him, was swamped with work,at a job, could not leave, but recommended a good friend, who Just started his own business, was liscensed etc, an excellent plummer to call. I called, he was on his way to a call, he needed to talk to customer, look and submit a bid, and he would call me back in less than 30 min. to let me know if his bid was accepted, told me to turn off water and he would be there today. He did call back in 20 min. to let me know he had the job and would be at my house early afternoon. He called 2 more times during the day to let me know he was still working but would be here. Got here at 3:30, looked at the leak, explained several different problems I might have, from a leak below the concrete to a slab leak, gave me prices. Told him to go ahead. I watched, no leak above the concrete, got out the jack hammer , 4 copper pipes coming out of the concrete house foundation. some how he got the concrete away from the pipes, found the 1st. leak, fixed it turned the water back on and still leaking below that, got the jackhammer out again went deeper, fixed 2 more leaks! He was here til after 7 pm. He cleaned his mess as he worked, and every thing was good. He did recommend having the house repiped if any more problems (which we have had 4 repairs to different copper pipes in this house)everything is good. This morning my husband comes and tells me my sewing room(in the garage) has a soaking wet carpet! the shut-off valve for the house is in there. I call Shawn at 7:30, he calls rite back, says it has to be the faucet where we turn on/off the water. Hes here in 20 minutes, the nut behind the handle was loose from turning on/off so much. He fixed all that, at no charge. I will definately use him as my plummer from now on. He did a great job at a fair price, explained everything before starting,( no surprise charges!) Very professional, courtieous, hard working.He knew what he was doing. I did not get a feeling I was getting ripped off this time! :)
