"Thanks so much for the opportunity to help! Your new computer is great, so it should give you a long time of good service. I'm happy to help in the future if needed!"
"Thanks very much! Glad it worked out well and that I could help."
"So glad we connected and that I could help! I love working with awesome people like you!"

"Thanks very much! Glad your computer is working again and that I could be of assistance."
"Glad to be of help!"
I tried to power down and reboot, but wasn't able to do so. Fearing something major had gone wrong, I started thinking of a new device, Instead, I found Scott at The Computer Tutor and he determined that the computer had gone into the sleep mode and would not emerge. He fixed the computer in a matter of moments and showed me how to do so if the problem occurred again. (it hasn't.) What is more, he charged me nothing for the visit. Obviously, I would recommend him. He is knowledgeable and nice guy.
"Thanks for the kind words! It's nice to have a computer problem with a simple solution sometimes!"
"Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad I was able to help. I do a lot of work remotely, but one of the advantages of onsite work - I got to meet the two of you, and your fun pup!"
"It was nice to visit with you, and I'm glad I could help with your computer!"
"So glad I was able to help! It was great to meet you and I appreciate the opportunity."
"I was surprised to see this posted, since it has been a year since I was last hired by this client. I do recall that they seemed like a nice couple, and they gave no indication that they were unhappy with the work I did for them. In fact, they hired me on two separate occasions. The second time was several weeks after the first, for a different computer problem. In both cases they insisted that I come to their home, although I commonly do these types of repairs remotely (as I recall, the second time was an issue with accessing his email, which we resolved during that visit). After seeing the poor letter grades on this review (almost all of my other Angie's List reviews are straight "A"s), I tried to contact the customer to discuss what I could do to resolve the problem, but I never heard back from them. My primary concern with any of my clients is that they are happy with my work, but it has been a year since I last saw this couple, and they never voiced any dissatisfaction the first or second time they hired me, or in the 12 months following. I last saw them in March 2014 and this review was posted March 2015. Regardless, I wish them well."
"Thank you sir! Glad I was able to help."
"My pleasure, glad I could help and thank you for the kind words!"
"Thanks! I was so glad to find that the lost data was still recoverable!"
"Thank you sir! I enjoyed meeting and working with you, and appreciate the opportunity to help."

"It's always a pleasure to work with wonderful people like you!"
"My pleasure, glad to meet you!"
After we had the computer back, we had trouble getting the printer to work. Scott was able to take over the computer remotely and get everything working. Scott is very knowledgeable as well as very patient. It is wonderful to know that help is only a phone call away!
We had a great experience with Scott and intend to work with him again when we buy a new laptop or encounter other problems with the all-in-one. We highly recommend him.
"Thank you very much! I'm glad I could help!"
"Thanks! I had to look twice at this review because it was not familiar to me, then I noticed that even though it was just now posted, it was actually from more than 2 years ago. Currently, physical location is not usually an issue any more, because I do a lot of work through remote access (I have a list of about 300 clients whose computers I repair remotely, so neither of us has to travel or bring the computer anywhere). Thanks again for the positive review!"
"Thank you sir! Hopefully it will continue to work properly well into the future!"
I was having problems using the internet with several windows opening automatically without my control during every session. There were many pop up ads and constant messages that Internet Explorer had an error and had to close. This began about a few weeks ago after I agreed to Update a media player from a website I had opened.
I called Scott and he said it sounded more like malware than a virus. He said that he could try to fix the problem remotely so I would not have to bring my computer to his office. He sent me an e-mail with a link to download the remote entry application. It was very easy to do and place the application on my desktop.
Scott called me on the appointment hour and proceeded to check my system and internet settings. He uninstalled suspicious programs and installed Malware Bytes and a free Microsoft virus protection.
Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave excellent advice on backups and internet use.
I will keep him in my favorites file in case I need computer help again.
"Thanks very much for the positive review! You are welcome to contact me anytime."
