He installed the shower improperly. When I brought it up he told me it was an optical illusion and that it would drain properly but it doesn't. He convinced us if we paid him in full that he would come back to complete the job. We had some minor things for him to do such as install some sink fixtures and attach some baseboards. He was also supposed to paint some drywall on our porch. We paid $500 to ensure that he will come back and he never did nor has he returned our voicemails. He is not a licensed contractor even though he claims to be.
