He has been unreliable and never shows up when I need him to. I hired him to provide mulching and pressure washing services, paid $850.00 and a month later they still have not provided the work. Every time I contact them to figure out why they have not done the work they make it seem like am just a complainer and they make excuses. He is supposed to come out regularly each week and never makes the planned visits.
