Andy asked if i wanted to do it today or tomarrow, i asked if they had the time today and after a quick call to the shop, he said yes. So now thanks to Andy and Cash i have a nice new not leaking water heater. Very professional and very dutiful. Will use again if I have any more plumbing issues.

questions regarding PEX and installation/maintenance of the new plumbing system.
I only had one very small issue at the end of the job (Washing machine HOT/COLD feed was switched). Their team came out and correct the problem promptly.
I would recommend Jeff and Andrew of Plumb Crazy again for a re-pipe or any other large plumbing job.

Also when they left on Saturday night, I was surprised that they left my bathroom as clean and neat as they could. Even though they were returning on Sunday morning, they packed up their tools and either took them with them or left them in a corner of the bathroom. When the job was completed, they left my bathroom clean - no dust or dirt, and they took all the packing materials with them.
Wait there's more......a few days later, the painter I hired (not from Angieslist) to paint the interior of my house broke the copper line to my refrigerator's icebox. To my horror, the outside water shutoff outside the house was rusted and did not work and I had to shut off the water at the street. The next morning, I contacted Andrew and asked him if he could repair the water line to the icebox and the outside water shut off. Sure enough, he came out that day and repaired both items for me. He also finished installing a sink faucet I started to replace, but didn't finish. (Plumbing work is not easy so I learned.) Again, being on a budget and clueless to plumbing prices, I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was about $100-something for the repairs.

"Sorry for the missed appointment. My partner was on vaction and I had to handle scheduling jobs and site inspections. Its very rare this happens. Thank you Andrew Grzetich owner Plumb Crazy Plumbers inc."
Well, they were. Professionally attired for the task, polite & thorough. They had given me an afternoon window of time, and they showed up as promised.
The plumber who came told me that I should consider having a larger access made because the drain was under a couple of live oaks that have grown considerably since we moved in 12 years ago. He told me that the roots were invading and causing the problem, that a larger hole would allow for a larger router that would get rid of more root, thus cutting down on the service calls to have it routed out and would cost $350.. I asked what else could be done, and he told me that I really should have a new drainage system put in for approximately $3500. No pressure was applied, he just wanted me to know what the situation was.
"Thank you for your great review! We love reading our customer feedback! Please let us know if you ever need service in the future! Andy and Jeff"

The plumber who performed the rough-in work for this project was unable to finish the job, so we sought out the services of another and found Plumb Crazy on Angie's List. (Granted, this is usually coordinated by the General Contractor, but we had taken on the plumbing responsibility in the beginning, which ended up being a bit of a disaster). We spoke with Andy, who said he was available to come out that day to quote the job. We were anxious to get the kitchen operational and we had received bids from 2 other plumbers for between $300-$400, so when he quoted us $425 (with the Angie's List discount) to do the finish work, we agreed only if he could start right away. He said he could do it that same afternoon. We mentioned there was an open permit and we were having the previous plumber take his name off of it (incorrectly assuming this new plumber would take over the permit).
The work was finished that afternoon and everything worked as advertised. We noticed after he left, however, a mysterious dime sized chip on our day-old porcelain floor tile right in front of the sink. We can't be certain this was caused by something like a dropped tool since nothing was mentioned, but we are baffled as to what other means could have caused it during that short time frame.
When our General Contractor went to schedule the final inspections, he asked us to contact the plumber we had chosen to schedule his final inspection. We called Andy who said he would take care of it. Two weeks later, the Contractor called us to see if the plumber had ever had his inspection because it was not showing on the permit. We called Andy again who at this point (5 weeks after the work has been completed) tells us that it would cost us another $100.00 for him to take care of the permit/inspection. I called the city building department and asked if there was anything I could do as the homeowner and the representative informed me that I could schedule the plumbing inspection myself, so we took care of it.
Much of the dissatisfaction we feel about their service could have been avoided with better communication about what was expected with the permit and inspections at the outset, or even when we called about the inspection the first time. We are not experts, that is why we hired one- some simple customer service would have gone a long way for us in this case. If we had known they were going to charge an additional $100 to take care of the paperwork, we would have waited a few days and used one of the less expensive plumbers.
"This is Andrew Grzetich owner of Plumb Crazy Plumbers, inc. I would like to clear up some of this misinformation. When our company was origionally hired for a price of $425 there was no mention of a Permit or our company signing on to a permit. Which we would have to charge a small fee to sign on to their permit for inspections. This is not the type of job which normally requires a permit. When additonal requests are added to the origional proposal we should not be faulted for additional charges. I am sorry that this customer feels we did not fullfill our end of the deal. But we provided an on time proffessional installation. There was Never any mention of this dime sized cracked tile until now. This was not caused by our company! Nothing was dropped or anything like that during our install. It is extremely unfair to blame our company for this! We are a respectable, fair company and warranty all of our work. And our company has hundreds of satisfied customers as references to back this up. Please dont let a small biased complaint tarnish our reputation. Thank you Andrew Grzetich owner Plumb Crazy Plumbers, inc 727-729-9400"
The problem turned out to be tree roots penetrating our drainage pipes (assumed to be the old fashion ceramic kind). He suggested further preventative service -adding a ground level 4" clean out valve ($350) allowing for the use of a bigger router to get more root cu material cut out, or to replace the line from the street in ($3500).
He was not pushy, he just gave me more information on the pro's/con's and answered a question raised by a house guest regarding the use of a root killer or cutting down the trees.
I was extremely pleased with their performance, demeanor & professionalism.
